Lance was having a hard time with a engineer in the department. A young ensign who thinks he knows better then a LT.

Even if this young ensign failed 6 times in his training missions. He still will not listen to Lance I was trying to assign people jobs to do Until the captain makes a decision as a DH.

Finally Lance had had it. The young Ensign made a big mistake. By not being at his post and doing his job the warp core almost overheated. Lance have removed the young ensign and moved him to discipline lower levels to scrub the exhaust off the plasma manifolds.
