After what he deemed a not-unsuccessful meeting with his new DH, Jackson made his way back to the turbolift. Managing to remember from his hasty PADD search, he said “Deck three,” and waited the couple moments as the lift moved one floor up.

The Leviathan’s sickbay was quite unlike any he’d seen before, mostly due to its design as a combat-oriented treatment center. Nonetheless, he knew the gist of what to do and where to go, so going up to the nearest blue-suited officer he said, “Ensign Pryce, here for a boarding check-in.” An attentive ear would notice a brief pause after the word “Ensign,” almost one of annoyance or disgust.
