Hey Leviathaners,

I’ve been putting off making this post hoping that things would change. But right now I just can’t find the motivation to start writing again at STF. We’ve had an amazing run on the Leviathan, from one of the strongest X-Fleet launches of all time, to becoming the first ship to move out of X-Fleet and into the main fleets and then winning best ship and a whole host of other awards.

The mythology we’ve created here, of the ARU and the RTF and anomalies has, in my opinion, been outstanding and something truly original and unique for STF. Every single person who has served on this ship has added something special to the overall tale of the Leviathan and I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of it.

I have no idea what will happen to the ship going forward. I was unable to secure our final two reviews from the president/cabinet. Perhaps, if the ship does remain, her next captain will have more luck. But whatever happens, I wish all of you the best, both at STF, with your writing ambitions, and with every other aspect of your lives. You’ve all been fantastic to write and to roleplay with and I will always look back fondly on my time as the CO of this motley and hugely talented crew.

It is unfortunate that you are leaving us but as someone who too is being pulled left and right but every day life am finding it increasingly hard, I hope I can help our new Captain into finding a place here and continue to serve the crew as best as I can as an XO. You were the original start up for this idea and we wouldn’t be here without you. I am sure this is without a doubt not needed but if you ever choose to return you will always have a place here on the Leviathan.
