Luna blinked as she started to wake up form the sedative. Her nostrals flared as she caught the smell of sick bay. She darted up. ” Captain where? What’s going on” She said looking around wildly?
Ensign Luna

ISAC was there monitoring Luna and Once she was out ISAC repaired the broken bone in her wrist.

“Hello”

The hologram said through its mask.

Luna stars at the hologram wide eyed for a moment.Then temerity try to puck him and let from the bed. ” Back off” she yealed.
Ensign Luna

A hologram looked at her with a stern voice he said “ back to your bed now. Do you have dad been released from the doctor in charge. So get back to your bed and relax or else you’ll be Sedated again” he yelled.

Luna glared at him opening her wings. ” Back off I broke my wrist nothing more” She growled and settled into a combative stance.

ISAC made a medical Field form around them and her bed “ Computer vent the area within the medical field with a aerosol sedative 300 cc stand by on command” he then looked at Luna “ if I remember correctly you don’t like sedatives at all now get back into your bed or I will knock your butt out” he said very demanding.

Luna’s eyes went wide with panic for the breakfast of moments. ” No why your the reason my wrist was broken in the first place then you attacked me” she snapped. She took a step back her wings brushing against the force feald. ” let me kyg of this dam thing” she said trying despretly to sound calm.

ISAC looked at her “ you shouldn’t blame me for past actions I was not in control it was my defense protocol but my medical subroutines were still active. After you broke your wrist I did set it and I applied a splint to it then the sedative I gave you was to help you calm down and to stop thrashing your wrist around. So until my portable projector is properly repaired I will Be assisting the medical personnel. So please calm down I will keep my distance if that will make you feel better” ISAC took a few steps back “ Computer deactivate medical force field and cancel Sedative“

The medical force field was lowered and ISAC was keeping his distance “ please give time for your wrist to heal and if you feel any pain or discomfort I have one of the medical personnel take a look at it”

Splint! with im seconds Luna noticed the splint and removed it. ” Why did you not use to bone knitter” Luna asked taking a set finly starting to calm. Her wrist did hurt but she would not complain about it she bad broken numarise bones before.
Ensign Luna

ISAC looked at her “ your bones are very hollow if I use the regular tools it will just decrease the density in your bones. This way your bone Will produce bone marrow to make your bone a little stronger”

ISAC EMH

” I don’t understand” she said clearly confused. ” my bones have always been hollow its never stopped doctors from treating me in the past” luna said.

ISAC stepped forward “ when your were still out I did some scans and took a small sample of your bone. If we don’t do anything to fix this your bones will be like paper and you will die. so please put the splint back on your bone is set if you move it around it will brake again”

” What my bones will be like paper are you crazy I have Bird genetics im not losing home density I was born this way” She said. She made no move to pit the splint back on. She disliked such medical devices.

ISAC showed her the data of the bone test. He was right “ who ever made you didn’t do a good job or they didn’t need you to live long”

” im 20 sumthig I have a child how is this even possible how was it not cought” luna said. She puut her none broken hand to her head. She for a moment felt like she might be sick. ” is there anything that caanbe done” sue said quietly a small amount of fear in her voice.

ISAC started to think for a moment “ There could be a problem with your genetic coding…… do you mind if I can do a blood test” he asked.

Luna was reluctant but funky held out the arme with the none broken wrist for him. She shut her eyes tightly. Just being in sick bay for this long was starting to make her anxious.

ISAC put a warm hand on her arm for a few seconds “ok got it I will let you know in a few days I am releasing you to your quarters keep the splint on for a few days ok”

” ok im not alowed to return to duty” she asked.

ISAC looked at her and said “ as of now you are on medical leave rest that wrist let the bone fuse Natalie” as soon as he was done the EMH deactivated.

ISAC EMH

” Medical leave for a broken bone” Luna said dumbfounded.
Ensign Luna

A voice sounded “just because you can see me don’t mean I can’t hear you. Because I can’t fix your bone with the tools we have here you will have to heal the long way I am running your blood test”

“Ok call me when you have the results” She said and left.

ISAC started to review the data

Luna was Curated in a lab they crossed human DNA with Owl DNA. What was there over all goal. What was there overall plan was it just to make a new life form or a weapon this will need to be looked into. Looking at the genetic coding they either know what they were doing and they were planning to let her die. The owl DNA gave her wings but it left her bones hollow. The owl DNA marker is the key even if an owl had hollow bones they had a good muscle structure to keep there body’s from braking. I don’t think her craters thot about the human side of her. Her human frame is not strong enough to keep going with the hollow bones a full grown woman need to have a the right bone mass. But according to the scans from when she joined star fleet to know the blood and bone samples I have it show her bone density has dropped from 85% to only 40%

Planned treatment
Alter the main owl DNA marker to Account for the main human side of her. Coat her bones with calcium infusion and work on the genetic side to allow the body to produce bone marrow and Cartledge to strengthen the bones I am not make them hollow when naturally doing this will give her the abilityto fly and have full use of her wings.
