Luran had been working on the solution for the XO’s problem for a while now. It had come to attention that when attempting to blend in to other cultures, the Commander’s spots were… problematic. In the end, a cream had been developed, like a spot hiding lotion. It wasn’t makeup, that would rub off far too easily. Instead, the idea was, until it wore off, it would simply make the spots the same colour as the rest of Raauhl’s skin. It turned out to be an… off-putting texture, rather like rubbing oneself down with tasteless jelly, but it would (hopefully) do its job all the same.

And Luran was confident it was ready to put to the test. With the prototype jar of the cream in hand, she paged the Commander to please report to Sickbay.
