Hi all,

I just wanted to give you a quick explanation to these IC reviews, Basically its just a good way of rounding off what your departments have been up to this benefits new, old and returning players to catch up to speed in a fun and IC way.

During these reviews we’ll go over whats happened (this can be completely made up and/or with some actual posts/missions we’ve done, we’ll go over the good and the bad points so any dispensaries that have occurred or any merits, short, mid and long term goals of the department and then just a general con flab about how things are going with things such as morale, work load and even inter department relationship which we all know Rhauul would never do grin

Again all of these can be made up and/or have some actual references to posts or missions weve done, be as creative or not as you want. Essentially its just a summary and planning for the future :)

Also any negatives Raauhl throws your characters way, don’t be disheartened they’re mostly made up! (and some may even just be rumours!)
