Luna was not thrilled about leaving cerenity with a hologram but hopefully the child would behave. She needed to pay the captain of the ship a visit. One of those fun things about checking into a new ship. She was not willing to have cerenity to run around the captions office making a mess.

She eventually reached his office. She took a few deep breath before knocking on the door. Yes she knocked on the door the chimes on the Viking were a horrible scratchy high pitched sound. So it was more out of habit then anything else .
Ensign Luna

Zachariah was sitting at his desk, pouring over some scientific reports. Or rather, attempting to pour over the reports from behind intermittently closing eyelids. What he wouldn’t give for a nap right about now.
The sound jarred him into full wakefulness. It had sounded like…a knock? Either Mr Bog was hammering a hole into the bulkhead outside of his door or…someone was using an incredibly antiquated method to request access to his office.

Knock knock.
Almost as if tradition required it, the captain replied with “Who’s there?”

Luna blinked at the reply. ” umm Ensign Luna sir” she called back. Did she do something wrong or mix up times it had been a long day as it was.

Nobody ever appreciated humour from a captain. Cobb should have learned that lesson already. So, after a loud clearing of his throat, he pulled himself into a more dignified position in his chair, then called out “Well come in then, Ensign Luna.”
