After getting her schedule from Captain Cobb, dropping off her duffle bags in her quarters.
Quinn wanted to check in with the RTF Coordinator and find out if there was anything she could help with before she tried to settle in her quarters. She much preferred getting set up for what she needed to do before she spent time to unpack and getting to know the ship.Quinn rang the chime for the outer office and waited, for permission to enter.

As his usual Erve was praying at that time. Faith and Prays were something he didn’t like too much but felt like a necessary thing, being half bajoran “Ugh…” he grunted “Right, duty is calling me!” And after killing the last flames of the candles he carefully conserved for these moments, the Captain stood up and ordered the computer to put the lights as bright as necessary for the meeting “Come in… Ugh.” Erve browsed the files.

Quinn stepped through the doorway a moment after hearing him saying “Come in…” The pause was enough that she couldn’t resist in the cheeky response, “Crewman Quinn Kindle Sir, I’m afraid I don’t have a prior appointment with you, I had only just arrived.” She said as she looked up at him, he was definitely tall. Though anyone over 5‘4” was tall in comparison to her four feet eleven inches. It wasn’t a matter of size anyway. She could hold her own in most situations but she wasn’t afraid of asking for help when needed but she would never leave anyone behind. Even if it cost her rank or other privileges lost. Shipmates mattered more than anything to her.

Looking the short but amusing Yeoman, Manhattan could not get even slightly angry I mean She is a cutie… he thought in his mediocre mind “Crewman Kindle? Crewman Kindle… Yes take a seat. May I ask about your sudden appearance in my office?” Asked said Crewman as he went to the wall replicator and took a Vulcan tea. He had read her files and he knew that her specie wasn’t to underestimate, but man how could he ever take seriously someone tall like her… Stop being an idiot, she is a subordinate and got her rank as everyone else!

Quinn sat down in the offered seat, “Well as far as I am aware reporting to head of department is procedure.” She paused adding with a very cheekily cheerful grin, “I have to make sure I know what the training schedule for my RTF dutiess is along with my Yeoman duties. If something comes up that you need my attention or assistance for specifically all the better to at least know whom I might annoy at best.”

“Alright then. Let me take the PaDD and some coffee. May I offer you something?” He asked to Kindle “In the meanwhile here, check this program. As you are new I didn’t really knew your capabilities so I temporarily dispatched you into the Second Squadron. You’ll be training until I am sure you’re good for the squadron or be moved in another unit.” He explained as he held the boiling cup.

Quinn eyed him a moment and then sat down in a gentle gliding motion (almost feline like), she grinned cheekily up at him, her eyes glinting slightly, mischief or playfully, or a mixture of both. “I appreciate the offer but I don’t like coffee myself. I prefer hot chocolate or extra vanilla added to french vanilla cappuccino. I can cook up various pastries or other things but I just don’t enjoy coffee personally. If you have any particular preference when I am doing my yeoman duties I will make certain that your coffee or whatever you like it to your order.” She looked at the PaDD he had handed her, hand to hand training, combat training and other cross training. It was nearly as bad as academy crash course. She didn’t make any faces but she wasn’t keen to th idea. She would just have to show her worth and prove she was more capable then her size implied.
Though if and when it came time to go feline around him and the rest that was going to be interesting at best.
