Casela walked into the ARU Bravo Sickbay to await McHarrie. This area was little used and would prevent most of the crew from asking questions about what they were doing. Casela had very specific alterations she wanted. She could do them herself with a wig and contacts but surgical alterations were less likely to fall off. When McHarrie got to her she told him what she needed.
