The coms crackled to life at the duty officers station,
=^= Stores to bride, we need the Captain and Mister Forgrave in the hanger bay ASAP. We have a… the pause was noticeable… situation=^=
The comes then dead.
There was no fear in the man’s voice, in fact it seemed both calm and perhaps amused.Clinton”Stores”Reed, Supercargo
Renveer’s mouth parted slightly in surprise as the communication came through to the center chair that he was currently occupying. The executive officer gave a questioning look to the ensign manning the security station, who shrugged back helplessly. Renveer shifted in the chair, taking a breath before responding. =^= Renveer to Stores. Can you specify the nature of your request, Mister Stores? Is there an emergency? =^= Renveer motioned to the security ensign at that, mouthing instructions to find out what was happening in the hangar bay as he awaited Stores’ reply with a raised eyebrow.

“It will be” Came the clipped reply” after a pause . “But I think a security team will just escalate the situation, Sir” again the voice had just a hint of humor.” I would suggest the CO and Isaac use the transporters tho.”
Renveer’s hand went to his forehead, unimpressed with the report. He looked again to the security ensign from under his raised palm.
“Internal sensors show that Lieutenant Simms just left the vicinity, and Lieutenant Hammor, Colonel Harris, Ensign Reed, and the visiting Director, Colonel Hudson, are just outside the hangar bay,” the NE said with a furrowed brow. “Colonel Harris just sent a communication to Captain Holloway as well.”
“Thank you, Ensign,” he said with a nod. “Alright, well the Captain has gotten the communication from Colonel Harris, so she will do with that what she will. Do we have visual on the corridor?” Renveer looked to the viewscreen in anticipation, hoping the live feed from the security cameras might have some answers as to what the situation was that Stores had referred to.

=^=Forgrave here - on my way. Be there shortly.=^= Issac’s tone was gruff; annoyance clear in his clipped voice. True to his words, they would be able to see him on the live feed; moving at a quick jog down the corridor.
Forgrave, CoS
Renveer’s mouth continued to fall open in slow motion as he watched first Lieutenant Forgrave, then Captain Holloway running down the hallway to the group of assorted crew members. The entirety of the current bridge crew watched the monitor in anticipatory silence, seeing the exchange between the officers without audio. Whatever rumors this confrontation would cause, Renveer felt it best not to let things said be taken out of context and added to the mix. Still, the way people were talking back and forth, the executive officer was already planning to review the audio files later in case he needed to speak with anyone involved about their professional conduct.
“Ensign Osten,” Renveer said over his shoulder without taking his eyes from the screen, “get me the address to the main offices of the Office of Aerospace Personnel at Starfleet Command.” As the ensign nodded, Renveer added under his breath, “We’re going to need to send an apology basket of some kind.” Louder, he called back, “And see if you can find any personal interests of Colonel Hudson’s that are public knowledge.” Renveer had always had pleasant interactions with administrators at Starfleet Headquarters. Hopefully he could orchestrate some sort of effective damage control to make up for whatever had been done to upset the Director.
