A couple minutes later, a restrained voice answered over the comm. =^= Ensign Osten to Ensign Reed… Ensign Olsen in medical contacted me to relay the message you likely intended for me. Your request is acknowledged. And for the record, we’re security officers. Safety is always the priority. In fact, I’ve been ordered to oversee safety and security protocols on the resupply effort you’re orchestrating to ensure that you’re not cutting any corners that might endanger the crew. Stores smiled, no love lost there. They were always butting heads but he must admit that he respected the man. He was quite certain that either Isaac or the XO had put him up to keeping him honest.

“I would expect nothing less; Mr. Olsen.” Please remind your personnel of transporter safety protocols.” * couldn’t resist, could you?* He new that playing fast and loose with the transporters was what a small part of what got them off on the wrong foot, but he just couldn’t resist.
