USS Chimera

The New CAG - Promotion

<snip>

Walking around the table, Eleanor wrapped her arms around Dawkins and squeezed him tightly. “I can’t believe it! I’m so proud of you!” Her lips found his in a loving kiss. “This needs celebrating then! Tonight, my quarters. What do you think?” Carnegie said with a suggestive wink. “Or wait… is that allowed, because, you know… you are my boss…”

“That depends on who’s bed we’re in!” Dawkins winked. “But I must say…” His eyes shot a quick up and down of Ellie’s flightsuit. “… I like the way you think Captain!”

It was Eleanor’s time to smirk. “Oh I bet you do, Astro.” She said as she unzipped the top of her flight suit ever so slightly.

Finally, holding the oak leaf tightly in her hand, Eleanor said to the Marine. “I’d be honored to pin you again, Major.” She smiled. “And later, pin you to the bed.” She winked and laughed, almost as if the words were too much for her to keep a straight face. Even if she meant it, Eleanor Carnegie laughed at her own joke.

Carnegie

Malcolm pulled Ellie close and, leaning in to kiss her ear, said seductively. “And again… and again… and again.” With that, he moved in for a kiss of his own.

Dawkins, CAG

As he pulled her to him, Eleanor’s breath caught in her throat as Malcolm’s lips touched her ear, and she unconsciously bit her lower lip at his words. Kissing him back, Carnegie pulled away just enough to quip back “You better be willing to back up those words, Dawkins.” And without letting the new CAG reply, Eleanor pulled him by the collar of his flight suit and kissed him deeply. Her hands quickly traveling to his back. Hopefully no one would come in in the meantime.

Eleanor

Arms stronger than Ellie remembered aggressively wrapped around her and drew her close. In the blink of an eye, Ellie could feel Mal’s warm, ragged breath on her neck as his lips found it just above the collar of her flightsuit. Feeling herself being moved by the arms holding her, Ellie suddenly found her backside against the edge of the large desk that sat near the middle of the office. Mal quickly and powerfully pinned her against the piece of furniture as his lips moved up behind her ear and he growled. “Seems I got the first pin… whatcya gonna do about it?” Ellie could feel Mal tremble as he touched her and his arms felt like stone locked around her.

Malcolm

Caught off guard by the sudden strength in Malcolm’s body, Eleanor gasped as his lips landed on her neck and her back met the edge of the desk behind her. It wasn’t the first time, nor the second, or the third that things heated between them. However, it seemed that she was discovering a whole new side of him.

And then he spoke. “Wrong move, Dawkins.” Eleanor said as she kissed him fiercely, pushing him back against the wall behind the desk. The piece of furniture moving back with a dragging noise as Carnegie’s forceful motion pushed it away from her body. As she held him against the back wall with all the strength she had, Eleanor’s lips broke the kiss and moved to Malcolm’s ear. “It seems I have the second.” She said with a wink.

Eleanor

There was a passion and fire in Mal’s eyes that Ellie had never seen before. The kiss was absolutely ferocious and the moment she whispered in his ear, a soft grow escaped him and Ellie found her legs back against the desk once more. With the swipe of an arm, Mal swept the desk clear… lifting Ellie on top of the desk with one arm and wrapping her legs around his waist with the other. Leaning down over her, with his hand quickly unzipping the collar of her flight suit, his lips (and teeth) found her collarbone once more and he trembled as he said in a raspy tone. “Are we really gonna do this? I’m sure my bed is much nicer, but I can shut yer ass up right here!”

Malcolm

The surprise in Eleanor’s eyes didn’t last but a split second as Malcolm’s actions fueled a burning passion that matched his. Her breathing deepened as he sat her on the desk and her legs wrapped around him, pulling him to her.

As Ellie’s legs locked around Mal’s waist, a soft growl escaped him as his fingers dug into her hips. Leaning into the kiss, he relished every second, every touch, every sound.

A soft moan escaped her lips as his hands unzipped her flight suit and his teeth met her collarbone. Her back arched slightly backwards and her hands pushed him by the back of his shoulders.

Going after Ellie’s collarbone as she arched away, his teeth tightened their clench on the highly sensitive raised spot. When her hands bore down on his shoulders, Mal leaned Ellie back further toward the desk’s surface.

Eleanor nodded as she tried to speak between ragged breaths. “I don’t care. Here sounds perfect.” Her hands fumbled with the zipper on Malcolm’s flight suit as her lips kissed his deeply. Her legs pulling him further forward.

Mal’s chest heaved with a sharp draw of breath as Ellie went for his flight-suit and the Marine was just about to tear their flight-suits from their bodies, finally giving in to the longing coursing through both of them, when suddenly.

In that moment, the doors to the new CAG’s office swooshed open and Siren walked in, face buried in a PaDD. “Astro, I just got— Oh my God!!! Get a room guys!” She said as she backed away almost out of the room, but not enough for the doors to open again. “You know… a private one!”

Oblivious to the opening doors, Eleanor was startled by Siren’s voice. With a shriek, she backed away from Malcolm trying to disentangle herself from him. But as she desperately dragged herself rearwards on the desk’s surface, Carnegie pushed too hard, running out of desk and helplessly falling backwards.

Eleanor/Siren

Mal started to chuckle slightly and quipped. “It’s my damn office Nikki… I can…” Then he felt Ellie slip backward and in a flash, Mal was atop the desk… one hand locking on the edge of the desk, the other snapping closed around Ellie’s arm, stopping his falling love mere inches from the ground. The winch in pain across his face and the strain in his arm showed the force needed to stop the fall. “You OK Ellie?!” His voice tight as he powered her back onto the desk, clearly stronger than the man looked. “Babe…” He said quickly again, looking in her eyes. “… Eleanor, are you alright?”

Dawkins

Eleanor’s eyes were wide as saucers as she found her free fall stopped inches from the ground. Nikki immediately running across the room to help her getting to her feet. Still shaking, Eleanor nodded to Malcolm as both feet were finally on steady ground.

The moment Eleanor regained her footing, Siren’s gaze settled on Dawkins with a disapproving look, but she opted not to carry on the conversation and pretending like nothing had happened. She had too much respect for Carnegie, and currently the recon pilot looked like she was about to dig a hole on the deck and hide inside it. Instead, she made a mental note to bring it up with ‘the new CAG’ later.

Eleanor’s cheeks were on fire as she promptly zipped up her flight suit. “Thank you.” She said almost in a whisper to both Malcolm and Nicole. Looking at her feet, she stepped aside to allow Nikki to speak.

Addressing Malcolm, Nikki dropped a PaDD on his new desk. “I just got issued new orders as Squadron Commander. I thought it was a mistake, so I was coming to check what was that all about, but I guess I know now.” She said pointing to the oak leaf still on the table’s surface. “Congratulations, Dawkins.” She smiled. “You’ll do great.” Nicole offered a wink. “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have work to do. You kids behave.” She said as she turned around and left.

Carnegie turned to Malcolm. Her cheeks still red. She smiled, taking the oak leaf and walking to the Chimera’s new CAG. “I’m sorry… It kind of got out of hand. I meant what I said though. I’m proud of you, Mal.” She said, finally pinning the oak leaf to where it should rest on Malcolm’s collar. “You haven’t said anything about my suggestion yet… Tonight, my quarters. What do you think?”
