Lieutenant Sheriye would receive the following message:

YOU HAVE AN UPCOMING APPOINTMENT WITH LT CMDR ARBOGIST FOR MENTAL EVALUATION SCHEDULED AT 0900 TOMORROW.

Sheriye had just returned to her quarters to put her personal effects away when she noted the message light flashing on her computer console. She toggled it on and read it. She quickly typed in an affirmative reply and sent it.

At the appointed time the next morning she made her way to the Counselor’s new office. Idly she wondered if the rest of the crew was as happy with the new ship as she was.

Reaching the Counselor’s door she chimed her arrival, balancing lightly on the front pads of back paws, tail waving lazily.

The door opened and was filled with the figure of the new ships counselor. He had pale skin and dark black hair and black eyes. He greeted her with a smile.

“I’m Simon Arbogist, the new ships counselor,” he said. He gave a sweep of his arm, welcoming her into the office.

“It’s so nice to have someone show up and not be nervous or anxious about their evaluation,” Simon said. “I’m glad you are finding the ship to be enjoyable. Please, can I offer you any refreshments?”
