Liam took some time out of his self guided tour of the new Chimera to check in and introduce himself to the Marine Doctors and staff. There was no reason not to get acquainted with one another they all would be part of this new ship for a good long time he hoped. As he made his way to the marine section on the ship. As he calmly made his way to their medical section.

As the doors opened to a rather quiet sickbay. “Excuse me is your Chief Medical officer in? I am Liam Batario CMO of the Chimera. I just wanted to welcome the entire team on board the Chimera and maybe get acquainted and try to establish a good re’ pore with everyone. The Betazoid officer said Calmly to the Marine nurse. “The nurse game a hard look at the Liam the CMO before she spoke. “That is most kind of you Please wait here, sir! I will go get the officer for you?” NE Nurse Gates commented nicely as she could but was rather gruff too.

Taylor walked out of her office at just that moment. “That’s alright, I overheard the Lt’s request.” Gray-blue eyes looked over the Chimera’s regular Chief Medical Officer. “Major Zigman.” She held out a hand to shake and gave him a smile. “Nice of you to come down here just to meet us.”

“Not at all Major Zigman is it? Nice to meet you. Major!” Liam said kindly to the officer. “I hope I addressed you correctly? Major? I am here to meet you and your team never hurts to meet ones fellow medical personnel. And if you need anything let me know I am more than willing to help you and your staff and vice-versa. ” Liam said with a small kind smile.

Zigman observed the CMO carefully. He was an odd one. Green…that was the word. He seemed unsure of himself in the flight bay, so did that mean he’d never been around Marines before? Maybe he was just the nervous type? “Well, whatever your motivation, Lt, it’s appreciated. Feel free to have a look around. I’m sure you’ll see a few things you’re unfamiliar with. Battlefield medicine has to be done hard and fast. Patch them up and get them to an OR.”
