Freja leaned back in her chair as she saw in the window of her ready room that the ship had jumped to warp. She took a minute to freshen her coffee before settling into her seat again to start her research.

She first sent a quick communique to the Favereau, notifying them of the Chimera’s current status en route to the Scallax system and asked for them to provide any mission relevant updates to her.

Then she turned her attention to the briefing packet, searching through to find the planetary feeds prior to the cut off. She was curious what the grievances with the Federation were, mainly to start getting a head around how much opposition the Chimera might face on arrival to the system. She would like to accomplish welcoming Scallax back into the thick of the Federation, but she knew she had to prioritize securing the targets Admiral Blackwood wanted her to. So she started with the feeds, to see if there was any useful information in them.
