As expected, as the transporter did its thing, the away team arrived at the scheduled coordinates.

NE Kyra Strong looked about, carefully taking note of her surroundings before she just whipped out her tricorder to run scans.

They beamed into the hidden room of the Observation teams base it was in a state of disarray there were federation crates and other bits of tech scattered about it seemed this was the room where the team came to unwind and do their actual work there was a computer terminal that was powered up though the power cell on it was about to run out the Chimera crew could beam the supplies into this room and nobody would be the wiser There was some noise on the other side of the door sounds of voices and general hustle and bustle

Braxton looked at all the disarray in the observation. Braxton speaking to the CE “Hey Chief see if you can give us some power here.”

As Dr. Javal’s molecules re-constituted themselves out of the transporter beam, his first action was to take a glimpse around what appeared to be a now abandoned observation post. As the away team began to take stock of the situation, Javal immediately began to pick up the faint sound of voices coming from behind a nearby doorway. In response to this, the doctor carefully removed his tricorder that he had stashed in a secretive location within the depths of his doctor’s bag. Flipping it open, he initiated a general area scan to detect and track the relative location of any biological signatures producing the noises.
