Fin had only been on the Chimera for an hour. Long enough to deposit what she carried in her quarters, take the long way through several corridors to the bridge to report to the CO, and then report for her boarding physical.

The black uniform she wore got a lot of curious looks. Perhaps the ship’s last Intel officer hadn’t worn all black? No matter, she thought as the doors to sickbay parted allowing her entrance.

Having read the specs for the Chimera, Fin wasn’t surprised at the size of the medical facility. She was happy, though, to see that it wasn’t as busy as she’d thought it might be. Walking to the reception desk (with 50 beds, seems like there would be one) with hands clasped behind her back, she spoke to the officer there. “Lt Fihnrilkk’Hob”ledn-ardol, reporting for a boarding physical.”

“Huh? Oh! Hello.” The young woman had not exactly been expecting any business, for the time being. Before the Lieutenant, was an average sized Bolian woman, definitive by the rows of blue stripes springing from a single fixpoint against her sky skin. When she rose her head, her eyes were alight with the nature of convivial happiness, if one might describe it that way.

“Yes! Of course. Please, take a seat.” She motioned towards one of the beds, allowing her the choice of where she wished to sit. Rising to her feet, the Ensign shuffled away, heading to retrieve a tricorder.

Fin observed the female curiously. It must be exhausting to be in such good spirits all the time. She thought. Following the instructions the Bolian had given, the Intel officer hopped up onto the nearest free bed and waited for her return.

Exhausting, would have been one way to put it. Although, Qezimora did not view it in such a light. To maintain a positive vibe, she was effectively avoiding most drama, by using her amicability as an evasion mechanism.
“Is there anything that needs to be known prior to scanning? Any illnesses in the last two weeks? Hereditary diseases? Recent fractures, breaks, et cetera?”

OOC: The statement about exhaustion was a ‘thought’ so it shouldn’t have been recognized in your post.

Sorry, these are all very quick responses, so mistakes might happen from time to time. :)

IC:
Fin smiled politely. From the questions, she was almost positive the doctor hadn’t even glanced at her medical file. “No, doctor. Nothing to report. This body is very healthy.” Most medical people couldn’t wait to ask her questions about her specific abilities, and had difficulty believing that the body in front of them was not the one she was born into. Not so with Dr Xanrae.

BUMP

Xanrae generally asked the person before she chose to glance over the file, as to be able to know the person’s own phrasing of things before she compared those to the facts of their file. It was simply a polite gesture. “Very well, thank you.” The Doctor remarked simply, pulling up her file, glancing over it to see what needed to be addressed before continuing.
