“Oh great, so it’s fascinating flubber.” Jacen retorted, he was starting to question Ian’s choice in friends if this girl and her husband were the best he had to offer from the university.

Kai looked to the pair, Jacen and EMMA. Yeah it could work out, he thought. “So we leaving ‘em here to clean and we go to the science lab, Lexi?” Asked sampling a bit of the slime
“Also don’t worry sir, it is good for the skin!” He winked jokingly

“Yes,”. She said handing Kai the jar. She and the CSO had a lot of tests to run. She was glad her boss was on board with the club we potential.

It was then she took a really good look at EMMA. “God you look just like the woman that delivered my baby. Any chance you know a Kate O’Neill” Lexi asked

“Who?” EMMA asked as she looked at Lexi with a cocked head. “One second lemme access Starfleet databases.” EMMA said as she scanned for the name before looking at Jacen with a strange face.

“Sir… do you know this Chief of Security O’Neill of the Odin?” she asked as she looked him over.

“The Odin? I know the Captain… or Commodore, he used to be my XO long ago… but I don’t remember that being the Chief. Why?” Jacen asked looking back and forth between EMMA and Lexi.

“Wow, machine-man relationships are kinda weird.” Kai commented “well, if ya have any question about the goo, do it right now or be silent forever!” He joked “seriously, it will be a mess to test this stuff. But I will be comprehensive if ya have something to argue with.”
Then the Ensign looked at Lexi, like he was waiting her signal to go to the lab. If they were to be leaving those people to work for them, it was better to run away as soon as possible, before they could grab your neck and then escape the destiny of cleaning the lab. I mean, who wants to do the dirty job? Right? No one, and that’s why you need to trick someone to be free from the “dirty job” party.
“Ahahahah!” Kai laughed in his mind “why I am such a jerk?”

“Anyway” he then greeted the couple “good luck!” He winked as he held the jar, with careful manners
