The good thing about being quartered on Deck 10 was that it was only a short two deck trip to Deck 12 via the turbolift. And, after dropping his collection of nail clippings and change of uniforms and sleepwear off in his quarters, he made the short trip down to sickbay for his boarding physical. His usual exercise routine was curtailed somewhat in the need to get from his previous posting to the Atlantis, and he hoped that wouldn’t negatively impact his ability to pass his physical.

Having reached sickbay 1, he entered and waited to be seen to.
