‘Well i wish i had their support but i did not have it with anything in my life so i got used to it, but my brother always gets all the support if he needs it.’

Cara contemplated the newly graduated ensign, “And who does support you, Ensign?”

O’Farrell

‘The professors on the academy.’

“Are you keeping in touch with them now? What about friends you made during your time there?” Cara asked.

O’Farrell

‘I speak to my professors sometimes. I focused on doing it well in the academy so i did not really make friends’.

Some people were like that, they preferred work to socializing. And though some counselors found that problematic, O’Farrell only did if it prevented them from working well with the rest of the crew. “What do you plan to do to expand that support system while you are assigned to Atlantis?”

‘I don’t know really.’
