Presim - Shuttlebay - Arriving with shuttle open to all

Jason just graduated from the academy and is on his way to the Atlantis with a shuttle,arriving at the ship he docks the shuttle and grabs his bag.
Jason gets out of the shuttle and sees someone in the shuttlebay.
