Memphis shrugged, “Dunno they are mostly made of gold an silver inlay, and represent places and things, like Bordeaux, Dude Swamp” Memphis said with a laugh. “Gator Rancher?” Memphis turned and spat off to the side. “as I was telling Gavel, games of chance and harder drinking is in the saloon, Music and dancing out here after sunset. Theres the red house down round the corner for other things. You are the first ship company guests, try not to get in a fight with my marines please”

“No promises.” Mardusk said.

“Well the gators where just for sport more than anything. She over exaggerates I feel how many where at the ranch itself.” Ian said with a small chuckle and slight shake of his head. “But they still could cause some issues if the horses went to far out.”

“So… whose up for a trip to the Saloon?”

Mardusk, CoS

Memphis laughed at Gavel’s statement, and then Ian’s he seemed at ease hosting the party so far. Memphis, nodded towards the Saloon. “You guys go ahead, I will join shortly, got to be a good host for a little bit longer, greet people and such.”

OOC: my plan was for different areas to get different threads, IE the Saloon, would be MHaSD – Saloon to keep it from getting too hectic in one thread.

If she wasn’t careful Faye was bound to ruin her reputation of antisocial, but she was just too intrigued about the whole fact that the marine was hosting some sort of themed party. After doing a bit of research into the name of the program, she had to take a guess. It was rather random, but weighing the options and what she knew about Memphis, she opted for one and went about finding something to wear that might fit the theme.

Slipping in while others were chatting, Faye easily blended into the scenery and at first glance, based on the attire of the day, she might be mistaken for a slightly-built male. Maybe. She was wearing a suede riding skirt in black, but when her legs moved far enough apart, you could see that they were in fact extra wide pant legs. A simple white cotton button-down shirt was worn underneath a black suede vest. Her teal hair was hidden underneath a black flat brimmed hat and on her hip was a pistol too. Tall black boots completed the look. No frillies for her, nuh uh.

Memphis noticed Faye as the others wandered off, so Memphis angled that direction. Stealth was not really possible at the moment so he abbandoned it in the Jangle of spurs and gun belts. Hisoutfit was not as ostentatious as some, but did have its bits of bling and frill. A working gunman on sunday might be correct. “Did not expect to find you in these parts Ma’am”

She watched him approach and tipped her hat to him. “No ma’ams here, last I checked. Then again, I doubt anyone would ever consider me a lady,” Faye commented with a slightly cheeky grin. Memphis intrigued her and she wasn’t entirely sure why. But ever since their first encounter in the corridor she felt that there was something about him that made him worth knowing. Not that she’d tell him that, of course, but still, that small fact was there, floating between them like a random feather form a bird that had flown by: almost forgotten, but still existing.

Memphis shook his head, “Your a mam’am cause I decided so, its polite.” Then memphis shrugged, “It seems people have settled into theparts of this shindig best suited for them, I guess I don’t need to add a gunfight, even if it would be fun.” He added with s smile, that said he might do it anyway for the sheer giggles. “I see your carrying, ever actually fire an old timer like that?”
