Made his way from medical to the office of the ship’s Chief Counselor for his evaluation

The receptionist looked up as he approached. “Hello, Ensign. How can the counseling department help you today?”

Lt. Cmdr. Atoded, Counsellor

” I am here to see the cns for my boarding eval ma’am or set up an appointment when she is available.” Nash replied

“Of course.” The woman smiled hugely and turned to her terminal. “Let’s see..... Ah! Cmdr Atoded is with someone, but they will be done in about 10 minutes if you would like to stay. Can I get you a coffee or water?”

” I’m good thank you and will sit and wait ten minutes.” Nash replied

Brenna was barely settled into her office. Geri, Fekri, and Fenris were curled up on their beds behind her desk. It would take them time to adjust to their new routine, but they were smart and easy going.

The office was still plain and utilitarian. At least there was comfortable seating. Brenna would get around to making the space more hers in the coming weeks. She walked her current patient to the door and then her black eyes landed on Nash. “En. Nash? Please come in. I’m Counselor Atoded.”

Nash entered the office of the cns ” Pleasure to meet ya ma’am.” He replied

“Have a seat, can I get you something to drink?” she asked moving toward the replicator.

Taking a Seat as requested to he looked at the CNS when she asked her Question and responded ” Coffee please black.”

Atoded requested the coffee. After handing Nash the cup she took a seat across from him. “What brings you to the Athena?”

After taking the coffee and a drink from it
” Thank you and to answer your question Ma’am it is a change of pace from fixing things on a farm ma’am I wanted to get out of home and work on ships and see the galaxy.” Nash replied
