Now that the staff meeting was over, Brenna made her way directly to medical to get cleared for duty. Really, it should have been the other way around, but life didn’t always go the way it should have. Stepping off the lift onto deck 12, she made her way along the outer hull until she reached Sickbay. She checked her pocket once to make sure she had the isochip with her medical file. Just in case her file hadn’t reached the Athena yet.

The door hissed quietly closed behind Atoded as she stepped out of range of the automatic sensor. She joined the small queue to wait for her turn to be seen.
