Harrison arrived in Transporter Room 1, armed and ready to go.

“Chief, Ens. Sinara and I need you to put us down three decks lower than Lt. Ducante’s last known position. If you can find him and put us down right next to him, that would be even better,” Callahan ordered/

“I’ll see what our options are,” the crewman operating the transporter said.

The transporter room door slid open and a svelte woman stepped in. She had dark hair in a tidy bun that revealed a slight point to her ears, and her eyes were black like a Betazoid’s. Her uniform had one pip, and Intelligence Division colours. “Commander Callahan, I’m Ensign Sinara. Commander Calloway has briefed me on the situation and the nature of our dual op.” She handed him a backpack. “We have search and rescue gear, medical supplies and transport enhancers, plus anything else that might come in handy. Calloway said she’d call us from Transporter Room 2 when they were ready to coordinate the beam down.”

Harrison turned to look at Sinara. “Ensign, a pleasure. I wish our initial meeting could’ve been in more pleasant circumstances.”

“Indeed,” Sinara said. “Rest assured that Calloway has trained us very well for these situations, despite our official role on the ship being data based.”

He took the backpack and threw it over his shoulder. “You heard the lady, chief, more details will come from Cmdr. Calloway, but here’s the skinny. Sinara and I are going down to find Lt. Ducante. Calloway and Dawson will be beaming down in the dark at the same time you beam us down. They’re working on a covert op. We want the people on that mish-mash to focus on the two of us. Sync your controls with transporter room two. I’m not sure but I’m guessing Calloway and Dawson will be piggybacking on our signal, but setting down at whatever coordinates Calloway sends you. Sinara and I find Ducante, Calloway and Dawson do what they’re going to do, and hopefully pilot our shuttle back. The two of us beam back, shuttle lands in the shuttle bay, we’re all home and then go we have a drink. Sound like a plan??”

He switched his gaze back and forth between Sinara and the transport chief, checking for acknowledgement.

The transporter operator nodded. “Yes, Sir,” he said.

“Calloway also suggested we make a show of our search. They are expecting us there so we might as well not be quiet about it,” Sinara said.

Harrison smirked as he stepped onto the transporter pad. “I’ll make sure to let them know we’re there. Ensign, you ever been married? You’re about to get a crash course on what it’s like to be married to a human. . . . “
