Orvos had spent some time getting ready to meet with Janna in a more public setting. Orvos hadn’t gone on any official ‘date’ for a long time. Too long in fact. He was liable to be exceptionally awkward, but he hoped it would still go well.

The Parthenon was notorious for attracting some extravagant folk, so given what he currently wore he felt he wouldn’t stand out too much. He was wearing dark slacks with a white button up shirt with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows. Atop the shirt was a dark green vest. It was different, but hopefully not to attention seeking. Then again, being the captain and showing up anywhere was already attention enough.

There was a table reserved for the pair and he made his way too it.

“Is there anything I can get for you Captain?” came the voice from just over Orvos’ left shoulder.

Weaving through the room, Janna was strangely nervous, but at least she looked fabulous. A black slip dress to the knee skimmed her petite body and was overlaid by a black sheer layer with cap sleeves and covered in wildflower embroidery. She tucked errant blond curls behind an ear, her finger brushing the dark gold beaded headband that held them off her face.

As she approached in black heels, Janna tried to seem less uncertain, but now she was all too aware that this was, yes, a very public date and that they were being observed. She gave him a smile as she reached the table. “Hi,” she said, glancing between Orvos and Khabal.
