It was a rare day both Faye and Daggum were off together, but today was one of them. After a nice morning of… calisthenics… Daggum had opted to take a shower after Faye, citing a need for “… hydration and recuperating.” So it was with him in the shower and Faye not that the comms in their quarters chirped and a voice said =/\= Bridge to Commander Hammor. Incoming comm from Orion. =/\=

It was likely about his project and she could at least tell them to wait a few minutes, so Faye activated the comm and said, “Put it through.”

She moved over to the desk, the soft pale green oversized sweater sitting lopsided on her shoulders, exposing one. Faye was feeling pretty relaxed (as well she should) and given how out of sorts she had been feeling lately, it was a precious sensation. As she sat, Tess hopped into her lap, her fluffy grey tail batting her in the face. Faye pushed it away and laughed softly.

It was a long moment later when the comms connected. An Orion female was framed in the screen, but her face was unfamiliar. A confused look passed over her as she said =/\= No, no. =/\= and cursed loudly. =/\= Send me back to that other one. I want to speak to Lieutenant Commander Daggum Hammor, not whoever in the nine hells you are. =/\=
