Lt. Ducante got everything ready in his new quarters. He headed to sickbay. He stepped inside and waited for instructions of how to proceed for his check in.

Lt. Ducante, security

Dawson had seen a new security officer make his way into sickbay. Somehow, he had missed his entry to the ship. Nevertheless, he dipped into sickbay in his dark civlian garb and tapped the new officer on the shoulder. “Greetings Lieutenant! My name is Dawson, an Intelligence liason aboard the ship. I missed your arrival unfortunately. You are?”

-Dawson, Intel

“Hello, I’m Owen, I just got transferred to this ship.” He stated. “So, I’m making the rounds of getting ready for duty, you know how it goes. I’m excited to be here though.” He continued.

A somewhat frazzled young doctor approached the pair, the medical tricorder in his hands somewhat askew from the normal position one would expect to see it used. He looked between the two, recognizing Dawson with a nod and turning his attention to the other officer.

“Hi there, sorry for the wait, I’m Dr. Astor. I’m guessing you must be here for a boarding physical?”

“That is correct. I just arrived and placed my things in my quarters and headed here. It took a couple looks on the map, but I think I’m starting to learn the ship a little more.” he stated chuckling a little at the end. “This isn’t my first rodeo, so in a few days, I should have everything memorized.” He continued.

Noah nodded and returned a tired smile to the other officer, “Getting all of the nooks and crannies of the ship memorized is a task both of our departments share. No time to wait for computer directions in an emergency. At any rate, why don’t you take a seat on Biobed 3. I’ll just grab a tricorder and meet you over there.”

He gestured in the direction of Biobed 3 and noticed that he already was holding a tricorder. With a bit of a blush he oriented the piece of equipment correctly and followed the lieutenant over to the biobed and entered a few commands into the computer terminal to bring up his file.
