It had been a little bit since the Athena had shifted course, making best speed for the presumed last-known coordinates for the Montezuma. What came next was likely to be a rescue or salvage operation. Hopefully, it was only a little of the former. The worst-case was an ambush and firefight. Ambushing and taking on a Mythology-class, with a solid crew like the Athena? Well, that was a hard task.

In the interim though, there wasn’t much to be done while under way. Better to get more business taken care of. So it was that Miss Stone took a look at the duty roster, and took a look at Lt. j.g. Kingston’s itinerary and slotted herself in when there was an appointment slot available. So it was that she stepped off the lift just next to the counseling center and made her way in to the front. “Lieutenant Commander Stone, signing in form my appointment,” she said, stopping at the reception desk.

“Take a seat and you’ll be called in shortly.”

Nodding, she dropped into a chair and pulled out her PADD and went back to reviewing crew member files and the duty roster. She wasn’t going to retain everything, obviously. But there was so much to catch up on. She at least needed to be familiar the general operations, crew, culture of the ship, and the current ongoing activities and operations.
