Janna’s weariness slipped away to be replaced by a wide grin. “Don’t I know it…” she said with a gleam in her clear blue eyes. “You’re obviously new here. I’m Janna, one of the counselling staff.” She gestured to the stools between them. “May I join you?”

“Nice to meet you Janna. Daggum Hammor, new Operations Chief. And yes you may, by all means.” and he gestured to the seat next to him. “And indeed I am new. Just arrived today. I take it you’ve been on board a while?”

She gave a little nod as she slipped off her stool and moved down to join him. “Been four years now..” she said before shaking her head. “Feels longer and yet, not that long,” she said with a laugh that was a good mix fatigue and bewilderment.
