Marishka had a feeling that Stark didn’t volunteer himself for anything easily but she had a growing respect for him and sensed that he might have the same for her.
“I will definitely keep that in mind and certainly not abuse his good graces. So, I’ve come up with a name for this lovely area and I was hoping to christen it tonight but, I don’t want to steal any of the crew’s thunder. What do you think of ‘The Parthenon’?” she asked Ghubari.
- Marishka
A wide grin spread into Ghubari’s face and she nodded. “I think that it very suitable, actually. Once I’m done my it, I can have you come up and announce it?” She didn’t want to put Marishka on the spot, but most people had encountered her at this point and she really wasn’t a stranger at all.

Marishka topped off their glasses before nodding and smiling.
“Yes, I would be delighted. I am actually rather pleased to be here.”
- Marishka
Ghubari took a generous sip as she considered Marishka for a moment and nodded slowly. “And I am glad to have you here,” she said sincerely. It wasn’t exactly the most usual of circumstances and she had to admit to be less certain of the path forward when it came to the Conclave. But she knew the moment they all needed to act, they would come together and she would be grateful to have this this woman on her side. Certainly beyond that Marishka had proven to be good for the crew.
Taking another long drink of the refreshed drink, she set the glass down and spun it slowly. She didn’t have to look out over the room to know more of the crew were gathering and so it was likely time and people would be expecting their captain to be present. Strengthening her posture, she tapped the bartop with her flat hand and smiled at Marishka. “Well, I think it’s about time. Keep the whiskey handy for later,” she said with a wink as she slipped off the barstool and began to gathering her box of items.
