Jean was finally on the ship. This will be his first time serving as an XO since his promotion and studies at Command College were done. He was eager to learn but not to forget his place since he was new not only to the ship but to the rank. He was always a laid back kind of guy but this position meant that he can’t do that too much. He walked into sickbay and with a heavy French accent asked, “Can I see a doctor please? I have just arrived and need my initial evaluation done.”

The small medical bay was empty aside from a tall woman with great red hair. She was wearing a white coat and a Starfleet uniform under, her pips indicated a rank of Lieutenant. She turned to face the new first officer and smiled a crooked smile, her expression seemed vaguely absentminded as if she was barely registering him “Oh aye that’d be me” Her accent was a soft educated Edinburgian Scottish “Doctor Rachel Grey” She stepped towards him, a rather quick stride. When she reached him he could see that she was almost ten centimeters taller than him “Commander..?”

Dr. Grey - CMO
