Injuries looked to be mostly minor as the distances involved in this ‘fall’ was not huge, at least in this local area. The greatest injury possibility was where kiosks had fallen on or against people. R’Way was one of those who was pushing a chest away from him that had had him pinned between that and a wall. Standing shakily he rubbed his head - a trail of dark blood leaking down to his shoulder. “That,” he seemed to be dazed for many moments. “The only time I’ve heard it was when I was young and the city was under attack. My sire said it was a disaster siren.” He took a step but was off balance and stumbled.

[O] Melissa… help where you can. It seems their technology is worse off than we’re thought. It’s already beginning to fail. Find the leader for your region. I need to know how many people he has watch over and their transportation capabilities… were may be looking at an evacuation if it’s at all possible. But don’t put yourselves in more jeopardy. If you need to… leave…[O] She didn’t like saying it, but above all the rest, the crew was her responsibility. The MACO would hear the pain in Ari’s voice at having to give that order. It certainly wasn’t one she had wanted to give.

Blackwell looked at the MACO with worry in her eye, although she had been trained to help those in need her self preservation instincts were already kicking in. “I’m ready to go, sir” She said simply.

NE Dr. Blackwell

Melissa responded [O]Understood Captain. I am with one of the security officers now. Dr. Blackwell will start working on injuries. We’ll keep you updated. She looked at one of the MACO’s she had with her “Stay with the Doc. ” She ordered “R’way, I need to speak with the leader of this region. We need to find out how many people are in this area.” She said “Our ship is waiting to send help. But we need information. Can you help me get that?” She said as she took out a first aid kit and began looking for where the blood was coming from to help staunch the bleeding until he could get medical attention.

As beings picked themselves up, the sphere they were on made ominous groaning sounds. Above them at the skin of the large sphere a lattice of cracks could be seen that were not there before. A great many of the people fled leaving only a handful - shop keepers who were picking up their goods and a few who were nursing leg injuries. The siren continued fitfully, echoing through the sphere. R’way slumped against the bulkhead. “I can,” he said before sliding to the deck. His eyes were unfocused. “Leader with your people. Sub-Administrator Smele is left.”

Melissa looked at Blackwell “Do what you can. McMichaels and Gonig are going to stay with you.” She said “I’m a comm call away if you need me.” SHe said “The MACOs have basic first aid and can help with some of the injuries.” She said and waited for R’way to lead the way to the leader.

MACO

R’way pointed down the corridor that all appeared to travel to the core of the Sp;here. “At the end is the Office. Smele will be there.”
-R’way

Melissa nodded and helped R’way “Just sit still. Let Dr. Blackwell take a look at you. I’ll go talk to Smele.” She said and took off at a run toward the office. [O]Captain, we have cracks forming in the interior of the sphere.[O] She said as she ran along [O]I am on my way to talk to the leader that is here. Once I am there, I will get back in contact with you. [O]

Ari watched the logistics come to her attention and sighed. Fixing the sphere didn’t seem an option anymore. Shaking her head, she closed her eyes a moment and responded to Melissa. [O] Get all the info you can… seems we may be evacuating the sphere rather than fixing it… at least for now. [O]

[O]Understood Captain. [O] It was obvious that the MACO was running.

Blackwell went to work as ordered, helping with the most basic wounds she could. With limited understanding of the races at hand she used simple devices to help with cuts and bruises, avoiding to use medication.

NE Dr. Blackwell

Despite only rudimentary knowledge of the races at best fundamentals remained the same and Blackwell was able to attend to most of the light injuries. The most serious appeared to be a small leg fracture, though after the superficial attention was given there was arriving a healer from their ranks who was making her rounds. By the look of it the medical attention was less advanced, and with an utter mix of technologies from a scanner that was ancient and battered but gave incredible scan results to something that looked like basic bandages and aids. “You are a healer?” she asked.

Blackwell nodded, wiping her hands on a sterilizing cloth and placing on new work gloves “I’m a doctor, I’m afraid I don’t know much about your species but from what I can tell minor injuries should be no problem for me” She said in a calm tone, this was something she had trained for and she finally felt confident being more or less in her element.

Melissa made it to the administration area, passing clumps of people along the way who were at that time rushing to whatever destinations they had in mind. The administration door, a round portal that looked to simply fit into the wall when closed, was open. Within files were everywhere having dumped out from shelves that lined the walls. As she entered a head slowly rose from under a desk with eyes wide with fear.

Melissa slowed her run to a walk as she entered the room “SubAdministrator Smele. I’m from the Boneventure.” She said “I need to get some information from you so that we can help you and your people. We don’t have a lot of time. I need to know how many people we have on this sphere and what ships you have. We are most likely going to have to evacuate. There are cracks forming on the interior of the sphere.” SHe said as she pulled out her first aid kit to treat any injuries the sub Administrator might have.

[O]Captain I am with Sub Administrator Smele. I will update with information asap[O].

MACO

A couple of bumps and bruises is about all he looked to be suffering from, apart from an elevated respiratory system from his being scared witless.

There was a long pause and a very slow blink of his large eyes. “Are you an angel?” he said, then seemed to snap back at least part of the way in his senses. Standing slowly but still holding to the console with a death grip he took a long deep breath. “Over two thousand,” he said before gulping. “Evacuate?”
