Kenny relaxed in the lounge, drinking a tea, when the strangest thing happened. He wasn’t sure how, but one moment he was drinking his tea, and the next thing he knew he was on a seaside (still in his Starfleet uniform) with a few other officers from the Bonaventure.

Rachel had been enjoying a tasty tomato salad after a rather intensive workout. She’d been sitting alone in the corner as she hadn’t had time to shower yet. Her training outfit was the standard issue Starfleet blue suit. She stood up and looked around “Commander Fleet is that you” the tall Scot called from a distance.

Ooc: The question is not where on the ship they are, but if he’s still in the place he was.

Ic: Fleet ran over to the medical chief. “Rachel Grey, right?” He asked, his eyes wide as he looked around. “What’s going on…?”

Rachel turned around to get a better look around before focusing again on the Commander, looking down to face him “Well if I were to guess I’d say a dream” She then proceeded to pinch her own arm, she frowned at her own attempt then looked at the Commanders. She then poked him right the chest with the force one would expect from a woman of her build.

Dr Grey

He was pushed back by the jab, and looked around with a shrug. “I’m not sure, it doesn’t feel like a dream. I was wide awake and drinking tea one moment, then the next…” he trailed off, gesturing around them.

“Unless that was a very convincing tea-dream Commander,” Rachel said absentmindedly before bending down and grabbing a handful of sand and looking at the ocean “Well as far as I can recall there was no loss of consciousness and I don’t feel drowsy so a chemical agent was unlikely” She sifted the sand through her fingers and stared at it with intent “And a sizable group of the crew is here. But we weren’t next to a planetoid the last I remembered.” Her tone of voice was different, more lucid than before.

“Some kind of mass teleportation?” Kenneth surmised, leaning down to take his own fistful of sand. Well, it certainly felt real… “Does this look like a place you’ve been before? The vegetation looks earthlike,” he walked the distance across the beach to examine the trees on the edge. It looked like Earth vegetation, but no trees he’d ever seen before. “But not quite…” He said softly.

“No, but I’ve only been to three different countries on earth and a little while on Andoria, I’m not overly familiar with Xeno…” she paused and looked at the sealine “Well plants and stuff.”She finally opened her palm and let the sand fall out of her hand then started dusting off “Well I guess we only have one thing to do” SHe looked at the Engineer and smiled her crooked smile “Explore this new world!”

Kenneth nodded, looking around to see if any of the other officers were joining them, and found to his surprise that although there had initially been… at least a few dozen, there were only about half a dozen of them still standing on the beach. It was as though they had vanished just as soon as they arrived. One of said officers ran towards them, a frightened look on his face. “Where are we?” the NE asked, and Kenny only got a glance at his shoulder-patch, but that was enough to tell that this officer wasn’t from the Bonnie…
