Happy 2020 all.
I won’t beat around the bush… the Bonnie is floundering. And I don’t mean in the sim. I completely take responsibility as my absence has certainly hurt us the most.

So I’m proposing a couple things…

One, I’ve got the staff helping me find a new XO and folks to fill empty slots. (Yes, considering promotions from within as well)

Two, a slightly laxer posting period. We are currently a 3/5/7 ship (command at 3 dys, DH at 5, Jo’s at 7) I’m proposing we allow the ship to a 5/7/9 schedule. I’m hoping that the slight ease of posting will be enough to keep us all (myself included) on a more even keel.

What I need from those who have loyally hung on to the ship all this time, is your opinion on a longer posting time.

Id rather not turn this thread into weeks of debates, blame, etc.. so if everyone would simply respond with whether they’re against the move, or in favor of it, we can move things along faster elsewhere. In other words, we’re can tell new folks joining us just what to expect.

If anyone has further suggestions for the ship, personnel, etc., please email or discord me. I’ve reloaded it on my phone and trials this week show I’m getting message alerts finally lol (sorry for those I haven’t responded to this past week… apparently my phone missed an update somewhere.

Anyway, I’m backing off of several other ships so I can focus on healing the Bonnie before they decide we’re in need of decommissioning. Everyone’s hell is greatly appreciated.
