OOC: Looked through the specs and there is nothing related to thrusters and attitude control so unless someone has another idea I will assume it is in some way related to the impulse engines and will place the thruster controls associated with the Upper Impulse Engine region on E Deck, aft area.
IC:

Jackson, Fawkes, Seifu, and Green shot up to the E deck where the impulse reactor controls were. There were port and starboard thruster stations with engine monitors and access ports in between. “Fawkes, Jackson,” Green said, “spread out at the Port thrusters and check for damage. Bekele and I will take the Starboard thrusters. Shout if you have anything.” With that each team of two split up and began checking out the status and issues with the thrusters ..

Below them they could hear the distant sounds of damage control still happening with cleanup and work. Idly he thought that as was typical Serinde disappeared rather than stay put in the group to be useful. He would have to bring that up with the Chief.

Jackson and Fawkes nodded at Green, their senior. Both experienced Engineers, they shot off over to the port thrusters and began to inspect them for damage. It didn’t look good. They looked at each other and nodded, as though they were telepathically linked. They weren’t of course, they had just known each other long enough that they could communicate with looks rather than words, like a decades long marriage.
“It doesn’t look good Greenie.” Fawkes called out.
“This port thruster has taken a hit, we’ll need to do a bodge job to get it functional again.” The starboard thruster was in better shape. It had taken a minor scrape and would only need a clean up.

Bekele rubbed at his bald head. “Not bad Lt. I can get this tidied up. PO Clark could give me a hand and we’ll get this done more quickly. Aeled is a solid worker and can get in there.” About that time they each heard the call from the others. Green’s eyes narrowed at hearing the clipped British accent of Emerson Fawkes. “If he said Greenie I’ll have him on report faster than I would with Serinde.” Stowing that thought he clapped Bekele’s shoulder. “Get on that. I’ll see what the fuss is about. If Jackson says it’s bad then it’s bad.”

Moving over he bent to look at things. And scowled. “That’s going to take an EVA team and some quick work with Serinde in the machine shop.” Feeling gravity returning after hearing Sasha he said, “Something is going right but that boy sounds like a sick seal when he shouts.” With a tug at his shovel like beard he said, “Okay, Jackson, collect Rick. He was a base mechanic on shuttles and ships. He’ll be good here. Galen too.” He looked down at Sasha. “Take Ensign Gagarin too. He should have the experience. I’ll let him know and brief the chief.”

On his way down the ladder he ran into Serinde. “Nice work on the power,” he began. “Walk with me.” Moving to the aft of engineering El smoothly kept pace despite her shorter stature.
“Ship has been sabotaged, Lt. Power routed to the plasma cannons. If we had fired them .. bad things would have happened,” El reported.
“What are you talking about?” Damage was one thing but this put it on a new level. “Look, you have about a half hour before you are going to be busy in your shop in fixing the port thruster. You have that long to verify your claims above just a system error.” He paused. “Good catch though. Make it fast.”

Any time now he expected the Chief to come in. Good news bad news. Worse news. “Sasha! Collect Galen and Rick and report to Jackson. You’re going EVA to assess and repair the port thruster.”
