That was it? Helena didn’t feel like they had been there that long. She probably would as soon as she sat down though. “I try not to let it limit me. That’s the whole point.” Helena rolled back to her feet and moved over to her bag. She went to lift it and felt that weird numb exhausted feeling in her fore arm and switched hands before putting the bag on her shoulder. “Thank you, Kristensen. Day after tomorrow?”

Kristensen nodded and said “Yes, ma’am. And wear something I can’t grab easily.” She finished packing up and threw her bag over her shoulder. “Lieutenant.” she said and simply walked out of the room.

Two days later, Helena was back in the gym. She was wearing her compression clothes because it was the only thing she had that she felt met Kristensen’s criteria of “can’t grab easily.” Helena was a bit early, the gym still empty and took a seat on the mat and began to stretch.
