Jack looked around his now empty apartment as the last few boxes where taken out by the removal men. It felt strange. He had never really spent any time here and yet he felt a sadness to be leaving it. A man dressed in a grey suit walks in with a pad and gave Jack a smile. “Well Mr Cutter the last of your things have been loaded onto our van and we are ready to take them into storage. A you sure there is nothing you will need?” He ask Jack looking down at the single bag Jack had put aside to take with him.Jack looked down at the simple large brown rucksack then back up at the man and shook his head, “No that is everything I will need. Thank you.”
The man handed Jack the pad “Sir if you could just sign here to say that you have agreed to the terms of us storing your things in our secure site and that you will give us 24 hours notice to gain access at a later date.”
Jack took the pad and quickly read it over then enter his code before handing the pad back to him. He then followed the man out and shut the door behind him knowing it will be the last time he would be here. He let out a sigh then pick up his bag and throw it over his shoulder and headed out towards main lift, A few minutes later he walk out into the lobby where he was meet by a tall blond haired lady dressed in a Royal Marine uniform. As he walked towards her she came to attention and gave a sharp salute. He held up his hand to stop her. “Jess what the hell are you doing here?” He asked dropping his bag on the floor.
Jess gave a smile. “Sir, I couldn’t just let you leave like this. There as been a lot of talk around the camp about you. I need to know whats going on with you? You where a Major on fast track to be General or something. Why are you throwing it all away?”
Jack looked down at the floor then back at her. “Look Jess I don’t have time for this now. I have my reasons for what I am doing and I don’t want to go into here and now.”
Jess looked closer at him then nodded. “Our last deployment was a rough one. The lose of Wild Fox was hard on us all but you wasn’t to blame. We all knew the risks we where taking when we signed up, She knew that as well. You where cleared by the investigation. Don’t throw it away. Not now, not after what we have all been through. She would be saying the same thing as me if she was here.”
Jack picked up his pack again and shook his head. “But she is not here. I will have to live with what happened but I need to move on with my life. I can’t do that wearing the Kings uniform.” He takes a breath to rain his temper. “Take care Jess.” With that he headed out into the rain and disappeared around the corner.
After a long trip on a beat up old cargo ship that had seen far too many miles Jack was happy to be aboard a ship that wasn’t held together with duck tape hope. As he stepped off the shuttle in his perfectly polished black combat boots he throw his pack over his shoulder and followed the rest of the new crew out of the shuttle bay. He had review the ship layout and where his new quarters where countless times on his way out here as there wasn’t much else to do on the cargo ship expect sit looking at the 4 metal walls of his his prison cell sorry guest quarters that doubles as a store room on the cargo ship. He made his walk down the hallways but unlike everyone else who where dressed in the star fleet uniforms he was dressed in the dark camouflage of the MACO. He Quickly found his quarters to find it had 2 bunks but as of yet he was the only one assigned to it. He looked over the room and decided which bunk he wanted and dropped his pack on it before taking a look out of the small window. Nothing but Blackness of space dotted with the odd star could be seen from this side of the ship. He turned and opened his pack taking out a small red felted cover box with the royal marines seal on its lid. In side he knew was the awards he had received and his Old Major rank pins. He was going to put them into storage however he didn’t have the heart. Fox had once pinned them on him and it felt wrong to leave them behind. He was about to open the box when he decided ageist it and placed the box in an empty draw. He unpacked the few things he brought with him and neatly put them away before heading out to report in with his new CO.
Once again he had planed his rout beforehand and it did take any time for him to find the right office. He made sure his uniform was neat before hitting the chime on the door to announce his presence. Then he waited.
Crewman Cutter, (MACO)
OOC: That was fun to read!
OOC 2: More towards the command staff, but: I’m unsure if I’m supposed to respond to this, or if the previous MACO CO is. Just correct me if this is wrong! :)OOC: I am ok to roll with it. :)
IC:A chime.
The universal indication of someone wishing to speak directly to you. Jharaas knew she had completed all of her check ins, and wondered if there was something she may had missed. Situated about her new office, more focussed on figuring out where things went, and looking over the current MACO personnel, rather than decorating, she glanced over. For a mere second, she didn’t respond, before gathering the fact she had yet to. Thus, straightening hee back, assuming a position in front of the desk, she spoke: “Come in.”
When Cutter entered the office, he would find a woman of slight (or perhaps great) surprise to be standing before him. Long, metamorphic limbs painted in the sky hues of pale blues, paired with thin antennae and pigmentless hair, gave way to a creature not often seen on vessels such as these. The Andorian woman, whose sharp eyes studied everything they grazed over, seemed to possess a gruff and militarized nature about her. Which, without a doubt, was a result from her time in the Guard. Then again, she didn’t bother to alter this persona, expecting any officers beneath her to possess one of the same. That was, the “no nonsense” attitude.
Out of respect for whoever was beyond that door, Shiavik deliberately did not speak. She found it to be better to allow the opposing person to speak first. After all, it was they who came to her, not the other way around. Therefore, it was out of place to speak, unless they conveyed an attitude against making the first comment.

Incoming MACO COUpon hearing permission to enter Jack pushed the door controls and the door slide open before him. He marched in as much as walked in. Jack didn’t really walk even from a young age his farther had trained him to march. Shoulder back and all that, as he made his way in his eyes quickly scanned the room before fixing on the Lt. He stepped a good step away from her and came to attention. “Crewman Cutter reporting for duty ma’am.”
He was somewhat surprised to see an Andorian before him but he had learned one does not show such things in front of your new commanding officer. It did feel funny to be on this side of the table and as a crewman. It wasn’t too long ago he would have out ranked her but things had changed and it was his own doing.
Cutter, (MACO)
“Hello, crewman. I am Lieutenant Jharaas.” The Andorian greeted, her voice void of any proper emotion. Her stance, rigid and precise, gave way the truth of her history. She did not understand such words as ‘relax’ or anything like it, her people trained to remain on edge.. In case of anything. For a second, she studied him, before gesturing for him to take a seat.
“I trust your travels were well,” Her voice was an octave lower than most women, but that seemed fairly common for the Andorian femals population.. Or, at least, the two genders who acted as them. Silently, she moved around the desk, which still held a small, unpacked box.
