[o] Sir, the two flashing lights are using in part computer code that I recognize from the planet’s computer there. So there is some commonality but I don’t think that ship is necessarily made from the planet below. The code is mathematical and formulaic with a foundation of faster than light mathematical principles. That is the language they are communicating and are combining that with power to dig into subspace. That ship is unmanned and one big power plant. Hull is thin, only an inch thick but of a very tough metal that we can’t identify. I’d hoped we could beam over but it’s all generator - too much radiation in there for anyone or even a probe to get in and live. My guess, and this is a huge guess, is that these Serpents sent this big engine through on impulse through the spatial soup that we got caught in and waited for that to clear to send a signal back home to say that space is clear to travel again. [c]

Looking at their guests, Jonathan moved back towards them. “I think it’s time we get you back home.”

The alien officer and Elm turned after a moment at the XO’s prompting. “..Of course.” said the officer, followed by Elm nodding. “..I guess there is not much else we can do here. Please lead us home..” she said demurely.

Both fell into step to follow the XO where he would lead them presumably the transporter room.

[o] Engineering to Damien. El needs you back here asap [c] came the sound from the comms .. Damien watched as the others followed the XO. He was sad he didn’t have anything useful to report beyond a historical and fuzzy familiarity and his last question didn’t get answered. Sighing, he followed them out and jogged back to Engineering.
Damien .. and bah!! I mixed up my NE’s names!! Argh!!

OOC: Is it safe to assume that they found their way off the ship?

OOC: Yeah, just write a quick blurb here about going to the transporter room and sending them back down to a location of your choice (maybe near where you found them in Bos’ton or at the abandoned base say) in turn you COULD also then make the choice to beam up the remaining team on the planet at said abandoned base haha don’t need them to get forgotten like some TOS red shirts at the end of the episode/sim! :P
