Rachel eyed the Armory Chief as he left What could be important enough to drag him away She thought to herself and finally noticed the Vulcan healer and immediately looked past him then took a step to the side making sure to stay between the stranger and the alien, questions regarding pointy ears was not good for now. She hadn’t seen the message the Captain had received.

Ari heard the comm beep and reached over the man’s head to tap the console. Reading the message, she frowned. Turning the comm off, she looked back at the man once more.

“We’ve seen the ones you call your enemy. Is this their style?” She raised a hand to motion to the rest of the room. “They were about to execute you. Would they save you, heal you, and ask you about recent events like they were confused, justto grill you about history?”

She crossed her arms and shifted her weight to look like a parent curious if their child was about to lie. If this didn’t work, much as she hated it, she’d have to be more direct. Unfortunately, that meant revealing things she didn’t want to.

She only vaguely took notice of Black leaving. If something was taking him away, she knew it would be pressing.

The man still looked uncomfortable clearly and anxious, “..I do not know, MACARM forces have used many different means to extract intel.” he replied.

Rachel cocked her head “Operation Intelligence perhaps Leftenant but historical knowledge is hardly asking for classified information” She said in an amused tone still using her body to stand between the soldier and her Vulcan healer.

Dr. Grey - CMO

Ari frowned. “So you aren’t willing to help us even understand what you all take as ‘public knowledge’? Perhaps I should have gone to the MACARM and found out their version. Or is that what you are afraid of me finding out?” She knew it was a low blow, but she didn’t have time to pat the man on the head and sympathize with his feelings. She needed to get her crew home as swiftly as possible.
