As soon as the Memorial returned to Starebase 243 she docked and repair teams started patching her up though she only took minor damage Tralla wanted the ship in perfect shape meanwhile The Tribunal for Ensign Jean-François Chéreau was held and dealt with the Young Ensign getting sent off to a Penal colony

Now it was time for the crew of the memorial to get some newcomers and await their next orders

Memorial

Understanding that they might not get back to a Starbase for a while, the young Ensign decided he needed a break himself. He wondered off the ship and onto the starbase looking for a nice bar or lounge to sit in and relax.

Wendell was in one of several lounges. He was seated at a table near the window. And he was still dressed in his uniform, trying to decide what to have for food.

CSO

Wendell didn’t know what time it was. He spent long hours in the lab or on his bridge station. His mindset told him that it was just after breakfast. But he felt like it was time for dinner. He pondered this while trying to decide what to order to eat.

CSO

It was definately just past dinner. So it was that he ordered a nice ribeye steak. Medium rare. With a baked potato swimming in butter. And sauteed mushrooms and onions. With a talk glass of iced tea.

CSO

Sivith came in to eat and sat near Wendell with his large order of biscuits and gravy. He nodded at Wendell. “Morning good sir.”

Zero was in the corner watching everything and eating his food.

“Morning,” Wendell replied. “You’re our Chief Engineer, right? I’m sorry. I haven’t had a chance to check in on Engineering lately.”

CSO

“Yes. I am and don’t be sorry. I still haven’t checked in on Engineering! I just got here yesterday and finished processing in. I’ll be going there today finally after breakfast. Have you had this before? Humans call it biscuits and gravy and I loooove it.”
