BJ started this day like he started days like this. He was up early before his wife had stirred. He had a quick shower. He donned his goalie gear before going to holodeck. He entered the program that his friend Mike had made for him. Entering he found a rink in front of him. This was perfect for him morning exercise.

BJ started by doing the start of his exercise routine. He started by coming to the steps of the stands. BJ would start jumping knees together up the flight of stairs. After getting up the stair he runs around the top of the stands and down the stairs near the stairs he started. He would do this three times before taking the ice.
