Jean woke up groggy and hurting in sickbay. After his eyes adjusted he then realized that he was not in the Titan’s sickbay but somewhere else. “Où suis-je” (“Where am I)?” He said trying to sit up.

Ensign Jean-Francois Chereau, Engineering

A tall blond officer in a medical uniform stood over Jean, stopping him from sitting up “Of course he had to be french” Jack mused “You’re in Sickbay, Ensign” He said in his usual dismissive tone “The USS Memorials Sickbay to be precise, What’s yer name?” He asked as his hand waved over the mans body”

Dr. Grey - CMO

He laid back down. “My name is Jean-Francois Chereau. I’m assigned to the Titan. How did I get here? I remember a battle of some kind and that’s it.”

Ensign Jean-Francois Chereau, Engineering

Jack looked continued scanning and looked for the results “I assume transporters, it’s a little cold outside so a walk is out of the way” Jack sort of explained “Do you feel any pain or discomfort?” He asked.

Dr. Grey - CMO

“I’m groggy and my ribs hurt. And Je n’apprécie pas votre sarcasme monsieur. (I don’t appreciate your sarcasm sir). If you can’t or will not answer my questions than either let me leave or bring someone that can here. I don’t have the patience to endure your attitude any longer monsieur. I have just been through a battle and barely survived. Maybe you have went through similar things and therefore are immune but I am not. Alors donnez-moi une réponse ou je marche. (So give me an answer or I’m walking)”

Jack blinked “Neither is going to happen Ensign” He said calmly as he lowered his tricorder and grabbed a hypospray. “I am Doctor Grey, Chief Medical Officer of the Memorial” He indicated to the nurse to bring him a box nearby “I have people trying to save lives on this ship in a battle I have no information about. 1 Milli Terakine” He said to the nurse he handed the hypo to, she inserted a vial and typed a command “Now when I’ve cleared you, not before, then I might get you some info”

The nurse handed him the hypo “This is a slight pain reliever, I didn’t detect any superficial or obvious damage but I want the bed to give you a closer look.” He pressed a command to close the Biobed scanner “What’s the last thing you remember before waking up?” He asked in the same calm cold tone.

Dr. Grey - CMO

“Biden. (Fine)” He said while he laid back down. “I remember being on the bridge working the Engineering console during the attack. There was a big hole blasted by the enemy and I was told by the Captain to leave my area and go help them.”

“So I went and helped. I was in the area trying to restore power to stop the breach and before I could finish my task, there was an explosion and then I woke up here. I don’t even know who the enemy was. “
