Running the stylus down the side of the PaDD, pale eyes following its tip, she discovered that Janzen was next on her list for a psych eval. Raising her eyebrows, she set the PaDD to the side, reaching over to take a sip of her black tea. Once satisfied, she pressed her hand to the badge, for what seemed like the hundredth time today.

=^=Lissan to Commander Janzen, do you have a few minutes for a quick psych evaluation?=^=

Dr. Lissan

=^= Janzen here. I have time. Have you spoke to the Captain yet?=^=

Janzen

=^=Yes, I have. Why?=^=

BJ wasn’t sure he wanted to give that information at the moment. =^=Just curious. I’ll be there soon.=^=

=^=All right. I shall see you then, Commander.=^= Lissan rose a brow at what the Commander’s intentions for the query had been, but she chose not to dwell on it.

He made his way to the counselor’s office. He rang the chime and waited for the response.

Janzen

By the time he had arrived, Lissan was viewing his file, briefly scanning over it for any useful information. “Come in!” She called at the precense of another.

BJ entered. He didn’t generally come to the counselor unless asked. But, he had come to one before. BJ took a seat. “Hi.” He extended his hand.

Janzen

“Hello,” Lissan greeted, gently shaking his extended hand. “How are you doing today, Commander?”

Dr. Lissan

“Doing well.”he said. “You’ve already spoke to my wife. I didn’t want to say that out in the open.”

Janzen

“Ah.. so the Captain must be your significant other,” Zenobia grinned, “A rather eccentric woman, I must say.” She paused, “I trust all is well with you both?”
Dr. Lissan

“As well as can be with moving and all.”he responded. “We have an unique relationship. Add a child in the mix and it can be challenging. Rewarding but challenging.”

Janzen

“What would you say is the most difficult part of it all? The most rewarding?” Lissan kept her commentary soft, quick. This was less about her interrogation of his psyche than learning who Janzen was as a person. Despite being a strong telepath, there were still some things only interaction could say for certain.
