Tapping her fingers against the hard surface of her desk, Zenobia briefly scanned over the PaDD before her. She had spoken with Jade before, upon her arrival to the Memorial, but she wasn’t certain how keen she was upon these evaluations. Shrugging, she chose to take her chances, tapping her badge.

Jade was in her quarters talking to her daughter on earth when the com call came in =^=I will be there shortly=^= Jade replied. Mia, Jade’s daughter looked at her strangly she hadn’t heard anything “It was our new counselor she speaks telepathically.” Jade said simply

“Oh that explains that” the 13 year half Andorian Mia said “I’ll talk to you again next week. Love and miss you” she added.

“Love and miss you to” Jade said as she closed the channel. Once the channel was closed Jade walked out of her quarters. A few moments later she arrived and the CNS’s office and rang the chime.

OOC: Not gonna lie, that was a cute exchange between Mia and Jade!

IC: Surprised by how quickly the Commander had responded, Lissan glanced over at her monitor, pulling up Jade’s file for reference. “Come in!” She called, though her transmitter eliminated the exact vibrance she had intended by the invitation. Unfortunately, it was one of the many downfalls of speaking through a machine.

Jade entered the room. “Counselor how can i help you” she asked as she took a seat in front of Lissan “Have you had any issues settling in?” she added genuine concern in hr voice. Jade hoped it wasn’t anything to bad after all the counselor had just got here.

“None to worry, Commander.” Lissan assured with a dismissive wave of her hand. Her gaze was friendly, expressing a certain amicability intended to promote a welcoming atmosphere. “I only commed you to get your annual psych evaluation out of the way.” A short paused, “If that is all right with you, Jones.”

“I see” Jade sad simply “Well seeing as I’m here. I guess we can get it over with now”she said respectfully. Jade wasn’t the biggest fan of evals. However she knew they where important and Jade was very late with hers.
