Cain moved from his Ready Room onto the Bridge. He was on his way to Sick Bay to see what was happening with the Ferengi Frax. As he moved towards the center seat occupied by the XO, Cain saw Viktoryia’s red eyes and asked, “What is on your mind Number 1?”

Nightroad, CO

“Lack of feeding before I was whisked away by the Void” she said softly. She wasn’t sure who on the ship knew of her mutation and didn’t want to scare anyone so she kept quite.

Ravenfall, XO

“We can talk about your situation in the turbo lift.” Cain replied. As he walked towards the turbo lift, he stopped at John and handed him a PaDD and said, “Congratulations Lieutenant Commander, we will have a more fitting ceremony once we figure out what is happening.” Cain had four more PaDD’s to give out but for now he said, “Mr. Tolly, you have the Conn, the XO and I will be in Sick bay 1.”

I stand up and follow Cain into the turbo lift. I stand facing the door and take a deep breath.
