John strode down the short corridor connecting his quarters, the squadron ready room, and the shuttle and fighter bay. He was going to submit a request to the XO to have that renamed to simply “Flight Operations Bay”, or Flight Ops - the full name was certainly a mouthful. Either way, it didn’t change the purpose of the bay, and his reason for being there. He came to a halt well to the side of the landing zone as the final two fighters of his squadron neatly touched down, resuming his walk towards them once they were completely motionless.

Ben walked in his full jump suit. Ben had nodded to Major Arlen and proceeded to fall into formation awaiting further instructions.

Emberlee finished her shut down procedures and secured her fighter and climbed down the ladder, her helmet under her arm. She fell into formation with the other pilots after setting her helmet on the ground and unzipping her flight suit part way, they things were hot and it didn’t matter how much coolant ran through them, she ended up sweating. She fell to attention and waited for the Major to give orders.
