Tralla was in the Briefing room and was getting ready for the meeting hoping her XO would come in first so that she could go over the initial points of what was going on she had a glass of Pepsi in front of her and she was going over the USS Titan’s Roster

OCC GM if you could fill in some details of the crew members for me that would be awesome

It was Tera that came in first.

Glancing at the Captain she realized she was still learning to read Andorian body language.

Nodding, she went to the replicator then took a seat.

Jade was next to arrive she looked at Tera and nodded. she then took a seat next to Tralla and leaned over “So whats the action?” she asked in a whispered tone. “Trying to keep the conversation quiet for now.

Cmdr Jones (XO)

BJ walked slowly behind. He was here as second officer. He was actually curious on what was on the table for the ship. He was actually kinda bored. BJ took a seat near the two command staff. “You know I hate sitting this far up.”

Janzen

“We will talk about this more later BJ for now We are being sent on a rescue mission The USS Titan ran into trouble on her shakedown” she said with a Sigh

Tralla

That peaked his interest. The Titan, as BJ understood, was the same as the Memorial. That was very disturbing. “Do we know what kind of trouble. That’s one vague statement.”

Janzen

Zubreana entered the briefing room and listened to the exchange between officers before taking her seat next to the second officer.
“Does Starfleet even know what kind of trouble the Titan got into?”

Azon, COS

Wendell entered. He was dressed in his blue lab coat. “Sorry I’m late,” he apologized as he took a seat at the table. “I was right in the middle of the key phase of a delicate experiment.”

CSO

Tera sat near the opposite end of the table and tried to put what may have been family discord out of her mind.

Jack entered next, stopping to breath a bit “Apologies, I got a wee lost” He said as he took a seat next to the Science officer.

Dr. Grey - CMO

Most of the people there would have heard about the USS Titan. It was the newest Mythology Class ship produced, sent out on it’s shakedown cruise to monitor the Hekaras Corridor, the space where a subspace rift had formed many years ago. While that region was more stable due to advances in technology, it was still rather unsettling that the ship faced danger in that area.

The chief thought for a moment then it dawned on her “Wasnt the Titan’s shakedown cruise to monitor the Hekaras Corridor?” She asked.

Axon, COS

BJ heard that. He didn’t know much about the Hekaras corridor. He poked the chief. He had something he needed to discuss with her about his experiment. “Need you for a moment when you’re not busy.”he whispered.

Jade listened to her officers “It was indeed. As we know that part of space is full of dangers. the truth is we Won’t know much until we get there. It could be something as simple as their communications are fried or it could be something more serious. We should all wait and see what the CO has to say. However I would say lets get all emergency relief supplies ready, medical, food, water, engineering components and then Get science to read up on everything they can to do with that corridor. Would that be OK Captain?” Jade asked. She didn’t mean to take control of the briefing but she wanted to try and keep the crew content and thinking of solutions so they would be ready for anything.

Cmdr Jones (XO)

The computer piped up, “Only twenty minutes to arrival, still no response to any hails.”

“Thank you, Maisie,” she said in reply to the AI’s alert and she meant it her tone was polite and cheerful despite the nature of their current mission. “And Yes XO, that is exactly what we need to do, Science I want scans running over the area constantly, Medical get your teams ready, Security is to be on alert, Engineering get parts and teams ready to assist and repair the Titan. Let us get to work people!” she said smiling at her crew, she knew they were ready for this and tried to radiate her confidence. knowing they needed their Captain to be confident in them, to get the best out of them and she wanted nothing but the best.

Tralla

“I’ll run the pre-approach long range sensor sweeps, Captain,” Wendell said. “It’s standard operating procedure. I’m interested in the
Hekaras Corridor, and, naturally, this subspace rift that the Titan encountered.”

CSO

Jack simply nodded as he made a mental note of what would be necessary for a mission such as this.

Dr. Grey - CMO

“I think would be best to do more then standard scans we don’t want to fall foul of something like the Titan may have done. I also think that we should convert cargo bay three into a triage centre, just in case we have to evacuate all of the Titans crew and treat a large amount of wounded.” Jade said adding to Tralla’s orders. she was sure Tralla wouldn’t mind.

Cmdr Jones (XO)

BJ didn’t want to step above the CSO. “We could, with Mr Vaughan’s approval, convert one of the labs to a temporary astrometrics lab.”

Janzen

“We always do have a dedicated astrometrics lab, Sir,” Wendell reported. “In addition, we have two astrology labs. All three labs are on deck 12. Currently they are not in use.”

CSO

That was something that he didn’t know. But, it was good to know. “Okay then, Didn’t know that. Should hone up on my specs of the ship.”

Janzen

“Good Point XO…Well I think we have enough for now Everyone Get to it your all dismissed!” she said getting up and waiting for the crew to leave so she could head out to the bridge as well and take her place in the command chair

Jack just nodded quietly, stood up and left the Briefing room for his Sickbay.

Dr. Grey - CMO

As Wendell got up to leave, he told the XO, “We do have a surprising number of labs for a battle cruiser. Sometimes I think that we have more labs then scientists to fully man them.”

CSO

Jade looked at wendell “Make sure to focus on the most important ones when it comes to man power. I’ll see what i can do about more science staff after the mission. However we do have to think along security and tactical seeing as we are mainly a battle cruiser” Jade said respectfully.
