As the day began, Sifeda knew that she was overdue to visit the ship’s counselor. Like or unlike most people, she didn’t mind it, but she did feel that it was time she could be using to prepare for future missions and it was always hard for her to talk about personal aspects of her life. She preferred that her personal life remain completely separate from her duties on the Memorial.
Nonetheless, seeing the ship’s counselor was a part of her duty, and duty beckoned. She made her way to the counselor’s office. The hum of the ship’s corridors seemed to disappear as she approached the door and quickly pressed the chime.

As she waited, Sifeda glanced down the corridor, the door slid open, and to her surprise, Hermione stood there, a faint look of surprise crossing her features.
