Asher decided to part ways with Andromeda, recognizing the importance of allowing her to immerse herself fully in her first experiences aboard the memorial. Rather than being escorted to his new quarters, he opted to make his way to the medical decks, with the primary objective of conducting his initial medical assessment with the chief medical officer. As a Counselor, Asher understood the significance of gaining insight into the physical and mental well-being of the ship’s crew, and the ship’s main physician often provided invaluable briefings in this regard.

Entering sickbay, Asher surveyed his surroundings. The layout was typical for a sickbay, albeit with its unique characteristics. “Excuse me,” he called out to a passing officer, seeking assistance.

KT turned to the voice and smiled her smile was genuine and it accentuated her kind and beautiful face with mottled green skin, soft golden eyes and long silky smooth black hair . “Lieutenant KT-QT Chief Medical Officer.” she said offering a hand shake, a custom she had learnt was very common amongst Organics when introducing themselves.

“What can I do for you Counsellor?” she asked her tone warm and kind.

“Thank you, Lieutenant KT-QT,” Asher greeted, returning her warm smile as he accepted her handshake. Her mottled green skin and golden eyes, while unusual to him, exuded a sense of kindness and professionalism. “I’m here for my initial medical assessment, both for myself and to gain insight into the well-being of our crew,” he explained, his tone respectful.

“If you have a moment between the check-up, I’d like to discuss any health and wellness issues you’ve observed among the crew,” Asher continued, gesturing toward a nearby consultation area. He was eager to begin his duties onboard the USS Memorial and contribute to the well-being of their team in any way possible.
